before you send.

Should I sharpen or replace my blade?+

It depends on the tool’s condition. Bill’s can assess the blade and advise on repair, sharpening or replacement. The shop also supplies new tools.

What should I remove before bringing tools in?+

Remove chains from chainsaws and remove auger bits from the auger before drop-off. Ask the shop for packing instructions for your tools.

Do you work with commercial shops?+

Yes. Bill’s serves manufacturers and individual fabricators as well as local restaurants and homeowners. Contact the shop about blade selection, tooth count and service requirements.

Is there a veteran discount?+

The official website advertises a 10% discount for veterans every day. Confirm the details with the shop.

Can I place an order on this website?+
